ChexSystems Disclosures

Every individual will be processed through an in-depth Qualifile/Chexsystems scan which will provide a list of ALL unpaid savings or checking balances to any banks or credit unions. If there are unpaid balances, proof of full payment must be provided -- or the request for a checking account will be denied. The savings can still be opened, depending on the severity of the non-payment.

Need a little extra cash in your checking account? This service helps by automatically moving money from your savings to cover a purchase. Only pay when you use it! No fees if your checking account has enough money. $5 fee per transfer. Don't want it? Contact Brightview CU at [email protected] to opt out.

Courtesy Pay(Required)

Brightview CU has automatic coverage for checks and some bank transfers (ACH) if your account runs low. This is already turned on for your checking account, and can be used once the account qualifies. This service covers checks and some bank transfers when you don't have enough money (up to a certain point). Costs $30 per use: There's a fee each time it helps you out. You need to ask later to include debit cards (after 30 days). If you don't want it, contact Brightview CU at [email protected]. Remember: This only charges you if it's used.
