Placing a Bid

Submitting a bid simply means making an offer to purchase the vehicle. Brightview Federal Credit Union is required to obtain the highest possible return on repossessed vehicles. Please research the vehicle’s value and submit a fair and reasonable offer—unreasonably low offers will not be considered. We are not required to accept any offer.

If we do not receive a fair offer within a certain period of time, we will explore alternative methods to sell the vehicle.

Important Note About Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are sold as is, with no warranties or guarantees. Brightview Federal Credit Union will disclose any known issues with the vehicle to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not perform mechanical inspections.

In many cases, the vehicles we receive are in good working condition or have only minor cosmetic imperfections. We encourage all bidders to evaluate the vehicle thoroughly and reach out with any questions before submitting an offer.
